Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we welcome walk-ins based on availability. However, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and treatment.

Can we book for groups?

Absolutely. We offer curated group experiences for bachelorette parties, birthdays, and special celebrations. Contact us to create a customized experience for 4 or more guests.

Is the rooftop private?

The rooftop is reserved for spa guests and may be shared during regular hours. Private bookings are available for events and special occasions.

What should I bring?

Please bring your swimsuit. Towels and all essential amenities are provided for your comfort.

Do you accept cash payments, and which currencies are accepted?

Yes. We accept cash payments only in Colombian pesos (COP) or U.S. dollars (USD). There is also an ATM located on the 1st floor.
